march  16 2016. I still have the same salomon boots. I probably need to change the liners . other than that they are fine.

This is my new boot. one for all, touring free riding …steeps and everything in between. I was gonna go for the k2 version or the scarpa but none of those were fitting my foot properly , Nicklas AT SOLE BOOT LAB in cham said. He downsized me a full size and worked the shell around my foot. pretty bad ass. the day after i went to try them on a 2300 Meter hike around the dome de miage. i hiked , skinned boot up on every type of terrain and skied the full spectrum of shit snow on steep and flat. The boot were great, holding my feet really nicely were it needs to be on the way up and down. I had plenty of room for my toes to breath and not get cold. I didn’t get one blisters and my feet were fine at the end of that 2 days trip. the team at sole boot lab Chamonix 04 50 96 11 63 really know whats up and how to get you the best for your needs…

I owned those head boots for 4 years now. I am very happy with them. I need a new pair i think but i will wait until i get money. My foam liners and boot fitting was done by Nicklas at sole boot in chamonix. those guys are awesome and can make any boots fit your foot to ski like pro. for touring i used the dalbello virus for the past 5 years. i am due for a new pair …
